1)Interest in the study of Tibetan cultures
2)Free entrance and/or annual membership fee
6. Administration
1)The chair represents TSA.
2)The secretariat performs TSA general affairs and publicizes and organizes the international workshop/conference/symposium.
3)The advisor gives advice to TSA when necessary.
4)A general meeting (international workshop/conference/symposium) will be held on certain years and the general meeting acts as the decision-making body of the association.
